When filtering the schedule view by a specific event type (e.g. Overtime, PTO, Training), the export should only include data for that filtered event rather than all schedule segments. Currently, the export ignores the active Event Filter and returns all segments, requiring manual cleanup before the data is usable. Use case: WFM teams running daily event-specific exports (overtime tracking, shrinkage reporting, etc.) to share with operations and other stakeholders.

Ability for Managers/Team Leads to submit time off requests on behalf of an agent. Use case: WFM team owns approval of these requests. Allows WFM team to approve and track requests

When admins need to adjust a specific event type across multiple agents, they need to move all of them by the same relative offset, even if each agent's event starts at a different time. Example: Five agents have lunches at different times. I need to push all of their lunches 2 hours later. I should be able to select all five lunch events and say "shift by +2 hours" and have them all move accordingly, rather than dragging each one manually. Expected behavior: Multi-select a specific event type across multiple agents Input a relative time offset (e.g., +2 hours, -30 min) Choose whether to adjust Start Time, Stop Time, or Duration All selected events shift by that amount from their current position Preview proposed changes before saving

Admins need the ability to select multiple agents and replace a specific time block across all of their schedules in one action, regardless of what each individual currently has in that slot. Example: It's all-hands on deck from 3:00–3:30 PM. I want to select all agents, define that window, and replace whatever is currently scheduled there with a new activity, without touching lunches, breaks, or time-off events. Expected behavior: Retrieve all segments across a selected employee group for a defined time range. View and edit them in a single worksheet before committing Bulk replace or delete the segment across all agents in one save action Preserve protected event types (lunches, breaks, approved time off) Handle conflicts/errors inline before saving

When adding a one-off event ad-hoc into the staffing timeline, it would be helpful to add filters to select all agent groups this event would apply to. Currently you must search through the list of all agents and add one-by-one. For example - I want to add an ad-hoc team meeting for all members of one team/queue/site without selecting every agent manually.

For agents who work daily shifts of non-contiguous blocks

When on the staffing timeline, would love to be able to see all skills an agent is assigned to when expanding the agent module there. Often times I am making decisions to move folks between channels but might be wanting to avoid certain skillsets. Since I can't exclude a particular skill from my view, it would be nice to have a quick look there.

Currently, Assembled features a working hour where the shift and schedules are defined for sets of agents. In some cases, working hours would not work for a team that doesn't have a recurring schedule pattern where shift and schedule vary week over week. It would be very helpful in such cases if the system could alert us or prompt notification if an specific agent was scheduled over or under 40 hours for a week. Looking forward to having this feature soon.

When an agent has a leave or time off event on their schedule, scheduling rules still flag violations because break and lunch events are not placed that day. Since the agent is not working, these violations just create clutter. But there is currently no way to tell Assembled to ignore days where a leave event is present. This creates noisy rule violation warnings that admins need to manually identify and dismiss. Requested behavior: Add a condition to scheduling rules that allows admins to configure a rule to only apply when no leave or time off event is on the agent's schedule for that day. For example: A toggle: "Skip this rule if a leave/time off event is present" Or a condition field: "Only apply when: No leave event is scheduled"
