Today we can only publish Extra Time slots one day at a time, and every publish sends agents its own notification. Publishing a full week means 7 separate publishes and 7 emails to the agent team. Agents also can't request slots on different days in one request, which means more admin work for us and a lot of notification noise for them.

We'd like to be able to:

-Publish a week (or any date range) of Extra Time slots in one action

-Let agents see the open slots in a weekly or date-range view

-Let agents pick slots across several days and submit them in one request

-Send agents one notification for the whole published range

-Group approval and denial notifications, so agents don't get a separate email for every request

This would cut down on manual publishing for our WFM team, make Extra Time easier for agents to follow, and reduce notification overload during busy periods.
