Workforce Management

As a support manager, I want to be able to set a threshold for time off for shifts. If agents request time off within that threshold, it gets automatically approved. If the threshold had already been met, it'll get rejected. This will save me time and make things more fair for the team.

The ability to set limits on time off allowed for a given interval based on percentage of total staff.

It would be nice if we could adjust exactly who could approve/manage time off requests. Currently we don't want each admin to be able to approve/deny requests but we don't want to change their role.
