If an agent submits a timeoff request for a certain amount of hours during a time period, the timeoff request should have the option to be changed to the number of hours designated by the shift pattern of that time period. For example, if a person has a shift pattern of 9-5 MF but requests time off for 173 hours from Monday to Monday, I can auto adjust that back to 40 hours to match the shift pattern
