It would be great for agents to have the option to send their voluntary time request to their lead similarly to how an agent can send an email to someone when they request a shift change request. At this time, we can use voluntary time, but the agents' leads can only be notified of approval/denial for voluntary time if they tell their lead directly outside of Assembled.
