restrict certain time off events from time off drop down

There are certain time off events that I would not want agents to to be able to select when they request time off. Currently, any event that is a "time off" type shows up in the dropdown when agents select time off

+1 on the need to limit time off types agents have visibility to request time off as we utilize time off events for excused absences however, agents would never use that time off event to request time off.
A step further, we use different time off types between North America and Europe due to specific labor laws so removing the EU options for NA and vice versa would be incredibly beneficial to eliminate confusion on the agent & supervisor levels.

Limiting the numerous leave types will deter any confusion we have when it comes to Time Off Requests showing in Assembled.

Would really like the capability of limiting the Leave types from the Agent view for Time-off requests. This would eliminate confusion and unnecessary research on updates shown in staffing view to schedules.

Hi Universal Kite! Can you elaborate a little? What kind of time off events should agents not be able to select? Are there any distinguishing features for these event types, or is it just a one-off?

Luke Andrews: So as a non-specific-to-me-example, let's say I don't want my agents to be able to select Sick to callout because there's a separate process. Or I do not want US-based agents to be able to self-select FMLA due to an existing HR process.
More specific to me, there are a ton of event types used for absences typically and being able to filter down to just a few makes the process simpler and more focused for agents.

Universal Kite: Got it. Would it make sense to tie specific time off event types to Teams as a way of filtering which ones are appropriate/visible?

Luke Andrews: That could work, though maybe with a Parent or even a Site Parent. We already use Restricted Sites to do some filtering of visibility but there isn't an analogue for events presently. I was more thinking it would be a flag that would be applied to the event, like a checkbox in the UX, and that would restrict visibility of that event to anyone outside of a specified role or roles.
