I'd just add on that it would be helpful to have all fields that are available in a profile also available to upload in a CSV

We need the start date added to all new hires that we upload via CSV. It's quite a tedious process going in manually for each agent. It would be wonderful if this could just be an additional column in the CSV so that it could be done all at once. Thanks!
