Use case: Need to export daily agent-level performance data for Team Performance and Schedule Analysis reports to use in their internal scorecards and analytics.
Current Limitation: They must choose between:
Agent-based export (no daily breakdown)
Aggregate export (daily breakdown but no individual agent data)
