have the ability to see chosen metrics that I usually look at when viewing a live schedule also available to look at when building out a template. ie when I look at a live schedule, i can see how many ppl are on phones or chats for a given period of time. however when adjusting or creating a new template, i do not have this same visibility since metrics cannot be added to the template view.
