Add a report in the Assembled UI that shows the amount of time agents spend in each Zendesk agent state over a selected timeframe.

Currently, this is only possible by exporting detailed activity logs from the Agent Scorecard and manipulating the data in Excel. A built-in report would remove this extra step and make it easier to understand how teams are spending time across states.
