Hi Assembled team. I wanted to share some thoughts on potential enhancements to the real‑time overview page. It would be incredibly helpful to add a few more insights by channel or queue, specifically things like Waiting for first reply, Longest wait time, In‑queue counts, and Conversations approaching SLA breach based on our SLA settings.
Right now, the page feels a bit too static. Having a view that mirrors the real‑time agent analysis page with live timers, dynamic updates, and the ability to drill into each queue/channel to see state durations for individual interactions would make the real‑time overview far more actionable.
More granular, real‑time metrics like these would be super valuable not just for us, but for all customers who rely on this page for staffing and operational decisions.
