It would be ideal to have the ability for Assembled to read agents' Google Calendars directly, without needing to add the Teamwide calendar email to each individual event.
Our team spends the majority of their time on customer bookings made through Calendly/Cal.com, and it's proving challenging to find a solution to add the Teamwide calendar email to each individual event booking in the calendar.
With a large number of agents across multiple teams, it's also challenging to remind agents to add the Teamwide calendar email to any Google Calendar bookings they get so it shows up in Assembled. This means we might be losing visibility of events that are happening outside of those scheduled through Assembled.
