Online and Away agents in Realtime Overview

In the Real-Time Agent Analysis section under the Monitor tab, we do have the site, queue, and detailed breakdown views. However, it seems to be missing a high-level aggregation view.
I think what we’d want is something simple and summarized at the top — for instance, after selecting a site, we could immediately see:
- How many agents are currently online
- How many are scheduled to be online
Then we could use the Add Filter option to drill down further by queue, skill, etc., if needed. I
