Intraday Schedule Analytics Reporting (Attendance)
Would like the Schedule Analytics Report to support intraday reporting capabilities — specifically, the ability to apply a custom time window (e.g., midnight to 8 AM) so they can generate real-time attendance data for specific intervals during the day.
Alternatively (or in addition), would like Assembled to support a native attendance metric that is not based on adherence, as adherence doesn’t accurately distinguish between unexcused absences and other forms of non-compliance with the schedule. Adherence doesn’t tell you if someone wasn’t present or if they were just off their schedule — so it’s not a good metric for tracking actual attendance.
Impact: Right now, calculating attendance intraday requires substantial manual effort (e.g., ~1.5+ hours per run), and they’ve had to resort to workarounds that still fall short. This is a high-friction, high-priority workflow

+1 on this, Assembled already tracks the inputs for this metric so this should be an easy fix.

2nd this and in addition an ability to "configure" at what point the attendance metric is off. For example, our Operations wants it to be 2+ min past their scheduled shift start (long fight, but 1+ min is "too hard to track") so although the attendance is much quicker in our environment now, if there was a report that said "actual - scheduled = x" at beginning and end of shift, this would help us tons!
Analysts currently spend approximately spending 45 min per day (24/7 center) doing this report. That's 6 work weeks of time.
