Import/Upload templates via CSV

Bumping as this would be a great feature to enable more collaboration across the team.
We generally discourage people mangers making changes directly to templates due to lack of version control. However, managers are often collaborating to organize schedules across different regions and teams. A common workflow is that someone exports a template, imports into Google Sheets, managers make their changes, and then we are responsible for applying any changes in the GSheet to the template. Currently this process is tedious and time consuming, we'd much rather be able to upload a template from a .csv.

Currently, creating templates is a manual process which requires going to create events on the Staffing Timeline before saving them as a template. However, if we can export and upload templates, it would be pretty useful to handle scenarios where we need to make changes or handle DST changes.

Template - import schedules into templates via CSV

I should be able to import a CSV into a template much like I can do with a schedule. I can currently only export a CSV from a template

Would like to be able to upload "schedule shells" directly into a template. Currently, the workaround is uploading a schedule into the Staffing Timeline, saving that as a template, and then editing the template from there. Would like to skip the step of uploading to Staffing Timeline and just upload directly into a brand new template. This will help with a monthly/quarterly shift bid process when we are overhauling the entire schedule at once.
