As of the recent launch of our most recent version of realtime overview, It is now possible to customize which metrics are visible.

Azure Raven
We have metrics such as Average First Response time Today and Service Level Today. We'd love to see these numbers for either All New or Open Tickets (regardless of date created) or if that's not possible that data for Tickets Responded to today.
Similarly would love if the RT Dashboard showed Forecast Accuracy for current day. Could help identify if we're seeing higher volume than previously anticipated
