Please add the filters that we have on schedules to the templates page? Right now we have to build a schedule, apply it to a test day, filter and adjust as needed, and then save as a new template. If we had filters, it would be witihin the same page....

Customer wants to be able to tweak a template for a group of agents (a team), but can only search for individual agents. See the attached screenshot for the filter that exists in the staffing view, but not in the edit template view

Hi Fine Prawn. Can you elaborate a bit more on what you'd like to filter?
Are you talking about filtering which agents are in the template? Or filter to a set of agents to focus on temporarily? Or something else?

Luke Andrews I know this question was from a long time ago, but being able to filter to a group of agents to focus on would be my primary need. We manage agents for several queues on a single template, and I need to be able to work on the participants for each queue as a group.
