During the onboarding process of an agent, it would be amazing to be able to insert a start time and end time with rules saying that they cannot work more then 5 days in a row, 2 consecutive days off, and cannot work more then x amount of hours in a 24 hour period of time. This would allow for a fixed or flexible scheduling. And instead of creating a template to run week to week or however it's used, you optimize the schedule altogether allow for breaks/lunches and anything else to be added to the schedule. This would take away a lot of manual work.
