Bulk Replace a Specific Time Segment Across Multiple Agents

Admins need the ability to select multiple agents and replace a specific time block across all of their schedules in one action, regardless of what each individual currently has in that slot.
Example: It's all-hands on deck from 3:00–3:30 PM. I want to select all agents, define that window, and replace whatever is currently scheduled there with a new activity, without touching lunches, breaks, or time-off events.
Expected behavior:
- Retrieve all segments across a selected employee group for a defined time range.
- View and edit them in a single worksheet before committing
- Bulk replace or delete the segment across all agents in one save action
- Preserve protected event types (lunches, breaks, approved time off)
- Handle conflicts/errors inline before saving
