While agents can be made non-staffable via end date, and bulk deactivation exists in the UI via checkbox selection it requires manual effort for bulk deactivation as we upload / deactivate agents week over week.

Adding a deactivation field to the CSV upload would enable scalable, self-serve offboarding.
