Allow schedule edits when viewing date ranges greater than 7 days

Currently, when a user selects a date range longer than 7 days in the schedule view, edits are locked with the error: "Event can't be created or edited while viewing more than seven days."
This creates friction for customers who manage schedules across longer horizons. For example, if an agent's template is already uploaded for upcoming months and a manager needs to make a shift swap or change, they have to navigate into each individual week separately to make the edit, rather than doing it once across the full desired range.
Requested behavior: Allow users to create and edit schedule events while viewing ranges beyond 7 days or increase the threshold to a longer window (e.g., 28–31 days).
