Add “Direction” Property to Capture Inbound and Outbound Emails - Kustomer

For the Kustomer Integration - I should be able to automatically populate a custom “Direction” property based on message.attributes.channel and message.attributes.direction, so that email messages are clearly identified as Inbound or Outbound, including outbound emails initiated by an agent that are not assigned to a queue or agent.
